Safety Case Studies

Scope of Work:

To perform the Safety Case in line with authority requirements. Work is not restricted to the project scope alone, a number of individual studies underpinning the Safety Case has to be performed (i.e. FSA – QRA, FSA, ESSA, EERA and ETRERA).

The scope of work includes but not limited to the following:

Part 1: Management Summary

Part 2: HSE MS

• Company’s HSE MS
• Risk Management Control of Individual HSE MS Elements

Part 3: Facilities Description

Part 4: Hazard and Effect Assessment

• Bow Tie Analysis
• Hazard and Effect Register
• HSE Critical Equipment / Systems
• HSE Critical Activities / Tasks
• FSA (i.e. QRA, EERA, ESSA, ETRERA, FEA) and a Cost Benefit Analysis where necessary

Part 5 : Emergency Response Plan

Part 6: Shortfalls and Proposed Remedial Actions

Note: The above is based on typical Safety Case produced following international best practices and authority requirements.

Requirements:

If Third Party services are engaged, we shall ensure that the Third Party is familiar with Company’s requirement and local authority requirement.

We shall ensure that the Third Party is capable to advise Company on Local Authority requirement.
