Scope of Work

• Provision of SIL Facilitator and / or Technical Scribe for the Workshop

• Assist in Workshop set-up, procedures, scope of initial SIL determination etc.

• SIL / IPF Assessment

• Perform a Hazard & Risk Analysis to assess existing risks

• Determine Safety Functions needed

• Determine if a SIF is required

• Recording / Documentation

• Reporting
