HAZID Study

Scope of work:

• Develop and submit a HAZID workshop methodology for approval.
• Facilitate specific Hazard Identification workshop, including provision of Chairman and Technical Scribe.
• The scope of the Hazard Identification shall cover all phases of operation and identify hazards that pose a threat to both personnel (in terms of potential fatalities) and the environment.
• Early completion of a quality Hazard Identification exercise is considered essential to the success of the project.
• A list of information and documents that are considered necessary before the Hazard Identification can be undertaken.
• An outline of the proposed methodology including any guide words that are to be used
• An estimate of the workshop duration
